This Bed Pressure Pad with Breakaway Cord permits fall monitoring without caregivers being in the room. The pad is placed under the resident’s hips or shoulders and will remain active until the resident moves off the pad to exit the bed. Upon the resident’s exit, the pad will signal an attached monitor to alarm (monitor required).
