SILVERCEL Antimicrobial Alginate Dressings combine the potent broad spectrum antimicrobial action of silver with the enhanced exudate management properties of alginate technology. They are a sterile, non-woven pad composed of high tensile strength alginate, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and silver coated fibers.
